I. Product Overview
The equipment integrates the test mainboard, control unit, 7-inch LCD, buzzer prompt and professional test fixtures into a single test machine, managed and operated by the built-in system. Operators call up the test profile (model / part number) of a product via the touchscreen to complete the whole flow of power-on self-check, loading, automatic test, result judgment and data logging. With single / double-sided functional test heads, it covers both front and back sides of the Lightning connector and the USB end at the same time, enabling fast line changeover and intuitive operation.

The test software runs on the built-in control unit and is operated via the 7-inch LCD touchscreen with a simple, clear and easy-to-learn interface. It clearly displays each test item’s data and actual values for convenient cable-data analysis and quick problem location, while also showing total, passed and failed test counts.
The equipment provides a complete current / voltage debugging interface that directly shows the product’s actual current and voltage for convenient inspection and parameter compensation. Specific functions of a cable can be tested individually while unneeded ones are disabled, speeding up detection and improving efficiency. The software supports Lightning head single-end incoming test, and reserves data saving and upgrade interfaces for remote operation & maintenance.
